Mrs, Madame, Señora, Frau, Sayyidah

I have known for sometime that I was going to become Mrs. Patrick, however, it wasn't until I saw it in an email from my mother that it really hit home.   I'm more than happy to lose my maiden name, especially since my parent's divorce, but isn't Mrs. Patrick a new identity? It's a title, a change, a new lifestyle, a role that I am both excited and terrified to play.  EEK!


Mrs. sounds so grown up, is Ma'am just around the corner?
